Our lead Consultant, Advisor and Live System Architect is Cosmas Tshabalala. Cosmas has the breadth and depth of understanding in TV outside broadcast and the application of technologies that support outside productions gained from over 30 years in the broadcast industry.
He has led large broadcast projects and is an experienced, effective and highly motivated person who enjoys a challenge. Cosmas oversaw the upgrade of SABC TV Channels to high definition (HD) broadcast, the file-based workflow and eradication of tape in the production process.
He introduced cutting edge technologies such as using drones in live productions, IP over satellite for live contribution and satellite news gathering that does not require engineers on site.
